Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping Partners:
Our Shipping Partners are Delhivery/India Post/Blue Dart/FedEx Express. We may use any other shipping agency if the circumstances so demand.
Shipping Charges:
The shipping charges shall be displayed at the time of checkout and those charges shall be final.
Free Shipping:
We offer Free Shipping on orders that meet certain conditions from time to time. If your order is eligible for Free Shipping, then it shall reflect at the time of checkout. If there is any issue please let us know.
Cash on Delivery:
Cash on delivery option may not be available for certain pincodes. If you have opted for Cash on delivery and the option is not available for your pincode, we shall inform you of the same via email/phone. In this case, you may need to use another payment option for the payment of the order amount and we shall withhold the delivery of the order till completion of payment. If no payment is received within 24 hours of our intimation, we shall proceed to automatically cancel the order and inform you of the same.
Shipment Time:
We ship all orders received on the next business day. We only ship orders from Monday to Friday. In case of public holidays we ship the product on the next business day. If there is any delay in shipping the product, we will inform you. On average, the shipments take 3-5 business days to reach you. However, we do not guarantee the arrival date or time.
Shipment of Multiple Products:
If you have ordered multiple products, we may deliver them separately.
Issues with Courier Packaging:
If you have any issues with the Courier Packaging, please refuse to take delivery of the package and inform us via email at info@kalonnatural.in or call/Whatsapp at +91 80170 31500 with your purchase details. We will proceed with sending you a replacement for the package.
